We have put together a simple visual guide to help you reach our apartments — three of them in Split at Ćiril-Metodova 36, and one in Solin at Ulica Petra Hektorovića 46. Follow the photos below — they will take you from the street right up to the apartment door. If anything is unclear, please reach out and we will happily walk you through it.
Sika Apartments — Split (Ćiril-Metodova 36)
Three of our apartments — Sika Split, Dujka’s Balatura, and Baštun — share the same beautifully restored building at Ćiril-Metodova 36, in the heart of Split. The building sits a short walk from Diocletian’s Palace, the Riva waterfront, and Pjaca Square.
Step-by-step to the building

Parking & garage
We have a private parking spot reserved in the garage shown below — let us know when you book and we will send you the entry details. There is also public parking close by if you prefer.

Your apartment door — ground floor or first floor
Once you’re through the entrance: Baštun is on the ground floor — the door is the second one on the left. For Sika Split and Dujka’s Balatura, take the stairs to the first floor — Sika Split is on the left, Dujka’s Balatura on the right.

Each apartment has its own way in. Sika Split and Baštun have a digital PIN keypad on the apartment door — the same code we send you for the building entrance opens those apartment doors too. For Sika Split, you’ll go through one more door once you’re on the first floor.

Dujka’s Balatura works a little differently — the apartment door uses a small key safe (keybox) mounted next to it. We’ll send you the keybox code by message before arrival; inside you’ll find a standard key for the apartment.
Unlocking the front door
The front door uses a digital keypad lock. Before your arrival we’ll send you a personal PIN code by message — that’s all you need to get in. Here’s how it works from both sides:
From outside — type the PIN code we sent you on the keypad and wait a few seconds. The lock opens automatically.

From inside — press the small button on top of the knob and wait a few seconds. The lock releases and you can open the door.

If anything does not quite work, please call us — we will come over right away. We would rather you spend the first hour of your holiday relaxing, not wrestling with a lock.
Sika Apartments — Solin (Ulica Petra Hektorovića 46)
Our Solin apartment — Sika Solin — sits in a quiet residential street about 7 km from Split’s old town and a short walk from the ancient Roman ruins of Salona. The apartment is on the first floor, directly above the building’s main entrance. Guests have scored the location 9/10 based on 75 reviews.
